【摘要】 目的 :探讨团体心理辅导对促进家庭亲密度的有效性及可行性。方法 :1 使用访谈技术进行需求评估 ,依据评估结果确定辅导内容。 2 运用价值澄清、游戏、个案分析、讨论等多种形式的团体辅导方法进行干预。干预持续五周 (每周一次 ,每次 2小时 )。 3 采用家庭亲密度量表、自编团体活动后测问卷、团体活动观点调查表进行同组纵向比较和等组横向比较评估。结果 :团体心理辅导加强了实验组家长的自我角色意识 (t =-10 5 ,P <0 0 0 1) ,增加了家长对亲子关系的认识 (t =-11 0 ,P <0 0 0 1) ,提高了他们的亲子交流技巧、教养孩子的方法技能 (t=-5 1,P <0 0 0 1) ,有效地促进了这些家庭的亲密度 ,改善了亲子关系 (t=-7 7,P <0 0 0 1)。结论 :团体心理辅导方法对于促进家庭亲密度是有效的 ,可行的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore whether group guidance is feasible and effective in promoting family cohesion Method:20 parents of pupils in a primary school were screened out by FACES-II (family adaptability and cohesion scale) as their scores of cohesion lower than the average score minors one standard deviation They were randomly divided into intervention group and control group (each had 10 members) The group intervention included value clarifying, games, case study and discussion, which was determined by pre-investigation and last for 5 weeks with one session (2 hours) a week After that, FACES-II was used to evaluate the outcome Results:After group intervention, parents’ self-consciousness was enhanced, they understood more in parent-child relationship Their communication skills improved The family cohesion was stronger than before Conclusion:It is feasible and effective to improve family cohesion by group guidance更多还原
