非稳态AlBi9.4合金室温行为研究
Study on Room Temperature Behaviors of Non-Steady State AlBi9.4 Alloy
【摘要】 用平流铸造技术制备的急冷AlBi9.4合金箔在室温 (16~ 2 0℃ )下、相对湿度为 30~ 40 %RH的空气中粉化成黑色的AlBi9.4合金粉末。该粉末和气雾化制备的AlBi9.4合金粉末在室温 (16~ 2 0℃ )下能与水发生微弱的反应 ,生成少量的H2 、Bi2 O2 CO3和Al(OH ) 3;急冷AlBi9.4合金箔在室温 (16~ 2 0℃ )时则能与水发生剧烈甚至是彻底的反应 ,生成H2 、Bi2 O2 CO3和Al(OH) 3。本文对上述过程和现象进行了研究 ,并探讨了非稳态AlBi9.4合金 (急冷AlBi9.4箔和气雾化AlBi9.4粉 )在空气中和水中的行为机制
【Abstract】 Rapid quenched AlBi 9.4 alloy foil prepared with planar flow casting will degrades into black powder in the air at room temperature(16~20 ℃) with relative humidity of 30~40%RH. Both the powder and the powder of this alloy fabricated by gas atomization process can react slightly with water to form a little H 2, Bi 2O 2CO 3 and Al(OH) 3. However, the rapid quenched AlBi 9.4 alloy foil can react intensively and even completely with water, and in result the H 2, Bi 2O 2CO 3 and Al(OH) 3 are formed. These processes and phenomena were investigated, and the behavior mechanisms of non steady state AlBi 9.4 alloy(rapid quenched foil and gas atomized powder) in air and water were also explored.
