Fe4N电磁波吸收剂的合成及其吸波性能的研究
Preparation and microwave characterization of ultrafine γ′-Fe4N magnetic powders
【摘要】 使用氢气还原氮化法 ,以针状γ -Fe2 O3 为原料在不同温度下制备了Fe4 N吸收剂 ,研究了氮化温度对吸收剂形态的影响 ,并对Fe4 N吸收剂 +环氧树脂 +固化剂组成的吸波材料进行了电磁参数与吸波性能的测试。在 5 40℃制备的Fe4 N吸收剂可以实现较高的吸收剂体积分数 ,从而可以实现高的磁导率值 ,通过合理的设计 ,由该材料制备的 2mm厚的吸波材料在 3GHz反射率低于 - 18dB。
【Abstract】 The ultrafine Fe 4N powders were prepared by reducing acicular γ Fe 2O 3 in hydrogen atmosphere and then nitrifying in a mixture of hydrogen and ammonia. Crystallite size was calculated from the full width at half maximum (FWHM) of XRD peaks. Particle shape and size of γ′-Fe 4N were observed by TEM. Microwave permeability and microwave attenuation of γ′ Fe 4N (prepared at 540℃)-dielectric matrix composites were studied. The results show that at 3GHz, a reflectivity of -18 dB can be achieved by the composite materials of 2mm in thickness.
