电炉冶炼含Ni-Al废触媒制备Ni-B合金

【摘要】 采用电炉冶炼含镍铝催化剂废料制备Ni B合金 ,合金中的硼来源于硼酐。用镍铝废料中的铝作还原剂 ,而不另外加还原剂。化学分析证明所制备的Ni B合金杂质含量低 ,能满足金属轧制、热喷涂粉对Ni B合金的要求。XRD分析表明 ,合金中的主要相成分是NiB和Ni4 B3 。对电炉冶炼工艺、添加剂、渣粘度的调整等问题进行了讨论。

【Abstract】 Ni B alloy was prepared by electrical refining in induction furnace from waste Ni Al catalyst and boron oxide. Al component in the waste catalyst was used as reduction agent for reducing B 2O 3.The analyses results show that the Ni B alloy refined by the induction furnace has lower impurity content,which can meet the need of metal rolling product and metal powder of spray coating. XRD analysis also shows that the chemical components in the alloy are Ni B and Ni 4B 3(m). The refining process,additions and viscosity of slag in the metallurgical process were also discussed.
