【摘要】 目的;研究抑肝健脾复方抗肝纤维化的作用。方法:CCl₄制备大鼠肝纤维化模型,以秋水仙碱为对照,观察抑肝健脾复方对大鼠肝纤维化各项指标的影响。结果:抑肝健脾复方能保护大鼠肝功能,降低肝组织透明质酸（HA）、Ⅲ前胶原（PCⅢ）、Ⅳ胶原（Ⅳ-C）和肝组织中羟脯氨酸（HyP）的水平,该方药物血清可以抑制纤维化肝细胞合成胶原,能显著减轻肝脏胶原纤维增生程度。结论:抑肝健脾复方具有抗肝纤维化作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the effects of Yigan Jianpi Fang on hepatic fibrosis. Methods: Fibrosis was induced in rats by subcutaneous injection of 40% CC14 oily solution treated with Colchicine as cotrol. The following parameters of hepatic fibrosis were determined. Results: The results indicatde the levels of serum and hepatic tissue were significantly lower. The Yigan Jianpi Fang can inhibit collagen synthesis in hepatocytes of rats fibrotic liver and reduce the deposition of extracellular matrix in the liver. Conclusion: The Yigan Jianpi Fang has inhibitrory effects on heptofibrosis.更多还原
