【摘要】 目的 :探索双联系统腹透对持续非卧床腹膜透析 (CAPD)患者生活质量及腹膜炎发生率的影响。方法 :用Churchill的权衡法生活质量问卷表 ,调查 15例经O型连接管系统进行腹透的患者 (A组 )及 12例经双联系统进行腹膜透析的患者 (B组 ) ,并统计了腹膜炎发生率。结果 :A组的生活质量明显低于B组 ,而腹膜炎发生率则高于B组。结论 :双联系统腹透能明显提高持续非卧床腹膜透析患者的生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the Influence of twin-bag system on the quality of life and the peritonitis rate in continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis (CAPD)patients.Method: Using Churchill’s Trade-off-method,we studied 15 patients on "o-set" system(group A) and 12 patients on twin-bag system (group B)and calculated the peritonitis rates. Result:The quality of life in group A was lower than that in group B, while the peritonitis rate was higher than that in group B.Conclusion:Twin-Bag system can improve the quality of life in CAPD patients.更多还原
