【摘要】 目的 :探讨连环素α、β在非小细胞肺癌中表达及其临床意义。方法 :用SABC免疫组化技术检测αβ -catenin在 5 8例非小细胞肺癌手术标本中的表达变化 ,并探讨αβ-catenin表达与病理组织学分级和淋巴结转移之间的关系。结果 :NSCLC病理组织中存在不同程度的αβ -catenin表达降低 ,5 8例肺癌组织标本有 38例(6 5 .5 2 % )α -catenin表达降低、35例 (6 0 .34% ) β -catenin ;表达降低 ;低分化肺癌标本与高中分化肺癌标本αβ-catenin比较差异有显著性 (P值均 <0 .0 5 ) ;伴有淋巴结转移的肺癌标本与没有淋巴结区域转移肺癌标本比较差异有显著性 (P均 <0 .0 5 )。结论 :αβ -catenin异常表达与非小细胞肺癌的分化程度和淋巴结转移密切相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the expression of α β -catenin in non-small-cell lung cancer and its clinical significance.Methods:The expression of α β -catenin in 58 cases of non-small-cell lung cancer tissue sections were detected by immunohistochemistry. Correlations were investigated between catenins immunostaining in primary tumors and histological grade, lymph node stage.Results:There were reduced expressions of α β -catenin in non-small-cell lung cancer, 38 of 58 (65.52%) NSCLC showed a reduced expression of α-catenin and 35 of 58 (60.34%) showed a reduced expression of β -catenin. There were significant correlations between reduced α β-catenin expressions and grades of differentiation and their lymph node metastasis (P<0.05). Conclusions:Reduced α β-catenin expression in surgically treated NSCLC are clearly associated with lymph node metastasis and histological grade.更多还原
