自体骨膜细胞及红骨髓经皮注射修复骨缺损的实验研究
EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON REPAIRING BONE DEFECT WITH THE COMPOUND OF AUTOGENOUS PERIOSTEAL AND RED BONE MARROW
【摘要】 目的 :探讨自体骨膜细胞和红骨髓 (RBM )混合物修复骨缺损的能力。方法 :在 36只家兔双侧桡骨中段制备骨缺损模型 (造模同时取骨膜细胞培养、传代 ) ,分为四组 :自体骨膜细胞与红骨髓混合植入组 (A1组 :18侧 )、自体红骨髓植入组 (A2组 :18侧 )、自体骨膜细胞植入组 (B1组 :18侧 )、空白对照组 (B2组 :18侧 )。在 2 ,4 ,8,12周分别进行X线检查、病理组织学检查、12周时进行生物力学测试。结果 :A1组 8周时骨缺损基本修复 ,12周时己完全修复 ,A2 ,B1组的骨缺损在 12周时基本修复 ;生物力学测试术后 12周时的最大扭距和抗扭刚度为 :A1>B1>A2。结论 :自体骨膜细胞和红骨髓混合经皮注射到骨缺损内有较强的成骨能力 ,骨缺损修复快、质量好。
【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the ability of repairing bone defect with the compound of autogenous periosteal and red bone marrow.Methods:The animal models of bilateral radius bone defect were created by surgery in the adult rabbits(the defect models were created and the periosteals were collected,developed the same time),they were divided into 4 groups: the compound of autogenous periosteal and red bone marrow group(A1:n=18),simple autogenous red bone marrow group(A2:n=18),autogenous periosteal group(B1:n=18),control group(B2:n=18).The effects were observed by x-ray,bistopathological at 2,4,8,12 weeks and biomechanics examinations at 12w after operation.Results:The effect indicated that the bone defect of A1 group was radically repaired at 8 weeks and were perfectly repaired at 12 weeks,but A2 and B1 group were radically repaired at 12 weeks.The effect of biomechanics made it clear that the Mnmax and GIP of A1 group > B1 group >A2 group at 12 weeks after operation.Conclusion:The compound of autogenous periosteal and red bone marrow can induce osteogenesis in the bone defect models of rabbit with higher velocity and better quality.
