【摘要】 目的 :探讨GM -CSF、IL - 2、IL - 6和sICAM - 1在脐血中的含量及临床意义。方法 :采用ELISA法检测健康妇女血和脐血中GM -CSF、IL - 2、IL - 6和sICMA - 1的含量。结果 :脐血中GM -CSF、IL - 2和IL- 6的含量显著高于健康妇女血中含量 (P <0 .0 1) ,sICMA - 1则低于健康妇女 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :脐血中有丰富的造血细胞因子 ,可用于治疗放化疗引起的白细胞减少症更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To determine the level and clinical significance of GM-CSF,IL-2,IL-6 and sICAM-1 in cord blood. Methods:Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay was used to measure GM-CSF,IL-2,IL-6 and sICAM-1 in cord blood of healthy fetus and blood of healthy woman. Results:The level of GM-CSF,IL-2 and IL-6 in cord blood were all significantly higher than that in the blood of healthy woman (P<0.01),but sICAM-1 was significantly lower (P<0.01). Conclusions:There is abundant hematopoietic growth factor in the cord blood. It is safe and effective that the cord blood is used to treat leukopienia after chemotherapy or radiotherapy.更多还原
