【摘要】 目的 :研制一种具有电热止血功能的新型手术刀 ,并通过动物实验和临床应用观测其效果。方法 :分别用电热手术刀和高频电刀切割 6只猪的皮肤、脂肪和肌肉等软组织及行各 30例的乳癌根治术。另使用电热手术刀行瘢痕切除、皮瓣移植及剖腹产手术 2 0例。结果 :电热手术刀和高频电刀的止血效果基本一致 ,术后32d时皮肤切口的抗张强度基本一致 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,且克服了高频电刀所存在的脂肪液化明显、组织炭化严重和切割过程中产生浓烈烟雾、引起肌肉刺激性收缩的缺点 ;电热手术刀切口愈合平均为 7.96d ,与高频电刀组的8.0 4d无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :这种电热手术刀切割锋利准确、止血效果好、组织损伤小、不影响组织愈合 ,对肌肉的刺激小更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To develop a new scalpel with incision and hemostasis and to observe its effect in the experiment and clinical application.Methods:Six pigs and sixty patients were made operation by use of the electroheat hemostatic scalpel or conventional electrosurgical units(ESUs), to compare two types of scalpels.Results:The hemostasis by electroheat hemostatic scalpel was the same as that by ESUs. After 32 days, tensile strength of skin incisions were similar in two groups ( P >0.05).The muscle spasming, tissue charring, smog, fat liquefying were drastically diminished in the patients using the electroheat hemostatic scalpel compared with those in the patients using ESUs. The time of incision healing with electroheat hemostatic scalpel was 7.96 days on the average, ESUs was 8.04 days ( P > 0.05 ).Conclusions:The characteristics of the electroheat hemostatic scalpel include; 1.to reduce blood loss 2. to minimize damage to the tissue and muscle stimulation.更多还原
