【摘要】 目的　分析孔源性视网膜脱离误诊、漏诊的原因。方法　采用回顾性研究方法对 32例误漏诊的孔源性视网膜脱离进行分析。结果　 32例孔源性视网膜脱离中 ,漏诊为玻璃体混浊 15例 ;误诊为中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变 6例 ;漏诊为老年性白内障 5例 ;漏诊为外伤性前房出血 3例 ;漏诊为外伤性虹睫炎 3例。 32例均行视网膜复位手术 ,总有效率为 93.75 %。结论　没有充分散大瞳孔以及检查眼底不仔细是孔源性视网膜脱离误诊、漏诊的主要原因。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyse the causes of misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis of rhematogenous retinal detachment.Methods 32 cases of rhegmatogenous retinal derachment that had been misdiagnosed were studied rerospectively.Results Among 32 patients,15 were misdiagnosed as vitreous opacities,6 as central serous chorior etinalpathy,5 as senile cataract,3 as tramatic hyphema,and 3 as tramatic iridocyclitis.All patients were conducted retinal operation.The overall effective rate was 93.75%.Conclusion The main causes of misdiagnosisand missed diagnosis of rhematogenous retinal detachment were that the patients′ pupils weren′t fully dilated and the ocular funda weren′t observed carefully.更多还原
