【摘要】 目的　探讨高血压合并 2型糖尿病患者与高血压无糖尿病患者颈动脉粥样硬化与左心室肥厚的关系。方法　选择 82例高血压无合并糖尿病患者和 78例高血压合并 2型糖尿病患者进行颈动脉及心脏 B超检查 ,测定颈动脉内膜 -中层厚度 (IMT)、斑块以及左心室心肌重量指数 (L VMI) ,并进行对比分析。同时 ,将上述 1 60例患者按颈动脉有无斑块重新分组 ,对两组间 L VMI进行比较。结果　高血压合并 2型糖尿病组与高血压无糖尿病组比较 ,颈动脉斑块检出率高 ,P<0 .0 5,IMT增厚 ,P<0 .0 1 ,两组 LVMI差异无显著性 ;根据颈动脉有无斑块重新分组 ,有斑块组 LVMI较无斑块组增高 ,P<0 .0 5。结论　高血压患者合并 2型糖尿病时 ,可加速颈动脉粥样硬化的进展 ,颈动脉斑块与左心室肥厚存在一定的关系更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the relationships between carotid atheroscl erosis and left ventricular hypertrophy in hypertensive patients complicated with or without diabetes mellitus.Methods 82 hypertensive patients complicated without diabetes mellitus (group A) and 78 hypertensive patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (group B) were examined with carotid and heart B ultrasound to measure carotid arterial intimal medial thickness (IMT),carotid plaque and with echocardiography to determine the left ventricular mass index,and comparison was conducted.All 160 subjects were divided into two groups according to the presence of carotid plaque or not, and the LVMI was compared between the two groups.Results The detected rate for carotid plaque was statistically higher in group B than that in group A,(P<0.01) ,and the IMT was also statistically thicker in group B than that of group A.(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in LVMI in the two groups.After redivision of all 160 patients according to the presence of carotid plaque or not,The LVMI was statistically higher in group with carotid plaque than that in group without carotid plaque. (P<0.05).Conclusions The progression of the carotid atherosclerosis could be accelerated in the hypertensive patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. There was certain relationships between carotid plaque and left ventricular mass index.更多还原
