【摘要】 目的　分析老年性白内障患者人工晶体植入术后低视力发生的原因。方法　 2 1 0例老年性白内障植入人工晶体 ,观察术后视力恢复状况。结果　 2 1 0例中 ,2 0例 (9.52 % )发生术后低视力 (视力 <0 .3) ,导致术后低视力的原因有糖尿病视网膜病变 3例 ,有青光眼手术史、高度近视各 2例 ,视神经萎缩、黄斑变性各 1例。手术并发症致低视力 1 1例。结论　术后低视力主要与伴有眼病尤其是眼底病变、手术并发症有关 ,因此 ,应力求减少手术并发症和提高处理的能力 ,并应重视白内障患者眼部原有的并发症的诊断和治疗更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the causes of low vision after IOL implantation in senile cataract.Methods 210 senile patients with extraction of cataract and IOL implantation were analyzed.Results Low vision of less than 0.3 was presented in 20 eyes(9.52%).The causes of low vision included diabetic retinopathy,(3 cases);Former glaucomatous operation,(2 case);High myopia,(2cases);Optic atrophy;(1case);macula degeneration;(1case);The operative complications.(11cases).Conclusion The causes of low vision were mainly related to eye diseases,especially fundus disease and operative complications,so decreased complications,improved ability of managements, and the prompt diagnosis and treatment to patients with preoperative complications of the eye should be paid more attention to.更多还原
