【摘要】 目的　探讨昏迷的脑电图表现和预后之间的关系。方法　对 32例昏迷的脑电图进行综合分析 ,并与其预后做对照。结果　EEG检查与随访结果表明 ,32例昏迷的脑电图改变有 6种类型 ,并与预后有密切关系。慢波型 2 1例中死亡 5例 ,α波型 2例死亡 1例 ,β波型 1例和纺锤波型 1例仍存活 ,发作波型 4例死亡 2例 ,平坦波型 3例死亡 2例。结论　昏迷患者的预后随其 EEG波型而不同 ,脑电图对判定预后可提供重要信息更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the electroencephalogram (EEG) manifestations of comatose patients and their correlation with clinical prognoses. Methods EEG manifestations of 32 comatose patients were analyzed and compared with their clinical prognoses.Results EEG examinations and followed-up observations showed that there were six EEG types in 32 patients and they closely correlated with clinical prognoses.Of 32 cases,5 of 21 patients with slow wave pattern, 1 of 2 with wave,2 of 4 with attack wave,2 of 3 with plane wave died, while 1 with wave and 1 with spindle wave survived.Conclusions The prognoses of comatose patients varied depending on their EEG manifestations. EEG could provide important information for the assessment of patients′ prognoses.更多还原
