【摘要】 目的观察葛根素注射液改善冠心病微循环障碍的临床疗效。方法30例符合冠心病诊断标准患者 ,使用葛根素注射液400mg加入生理盐水250ml中静脉滴注 ,每日1次 ,15d为1疗程。观察治疗前后管襻形态、襻周状态及血液流态等指标。结果经葛根素治疗两周后 ,微血管动脉扩张 ,血流加快 ,甲襞微循环流态积分值明显降低 ,襻周形态明显改变 ,总积分值下降。结论葛根素注射液对冠心病微循环障碍有一定疗效 ,无毒副作用更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical effects of puerarin injection on patients with coronary heart disease microcirculation disturbance.Methods 30 patients with coronary heart disease received puerarin injection 400 mg every day intravenously. The duration of treatment was 15 days. To observe the loops, blood flowing and the state around the loops of nailfold microcirculation before and after the treatment.Results After being treated with puerarin for two weeks, arteriole dilated and blood flowed fast. The integral of nailfold microcirculation flowing declined obviously. The state around the loops obviously altered. The amount of integral dropped. Conclusions Puerarin injection is effective and safe in the treatment of coronary heart disease microcirculation disturbance and it has no poisononus and side effects.更多还原
