【摘要】 目的　探讨手术治疗症状性脉络丛囊肿的适应证和方法。　方法　对 7例有临床症状和影像学上有占位效应的侧脑室脉络丛囊肿 ,通过颅骨钻孔 ,在神经内镜下摘除囊肿。　结果　 6例囊肿全切 ,1例囊壁部分切除。 6例术后临床症状消失 ,1例改善。术后影像学检查证实 :4例脑室恢复正常 ,3例改善。　结论　应用神经内镜切除症状性脉络丛囊肿为微创 ,安全 ,有效的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss indications and methods of surgical treatment of symptomatic choroid plexus cyst. Methods endoscopic neurosurgery was employed to treat 7 cases of symptomatic choroid plexus cyst with mass effect on MRI. Results Total resection was performed in 6 cases.Partial resection in 1 case.Symptoms disappeared in 6 cases.Symptoms were relieved in 1 case.It was identified by MRI that cerebral ventricle recovered in 4 cases and improved in 3 cases. Conclusions Endoscopic neurosurgery is safe and effective in the treatment of symptomatic choroid plexus cyst,and should be the first choice in the management of the condition.更多还原
