【摘要】 目的　探讨电视腹腔镜手术治疗卵巢良性畸胎瘤的效果及安全性。　方法　回顾性分析我院 1994 12～1999 12对 82例卵巢良性囊性畸胎瘤行腹腔镜下肿瘤剔除术的疗效。　结果　所有患者均经腹腔镜完成手术 ,平均手术时间(5 7± 32 )min ,平均住院时间 2 5d ,无腹膜炎发生。全部病人随访 1～ 6年 ,未见复发 ,17例未孕患者中有 10例术后妊娠。　结论　腹腔镜手术剔出卵巢良性畸胎瘤是一种安全有效的手术方法更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the efficacy and long term outocme of laparoscopic removal of ovarian benign teratoma. Methods 82 cases of ovarian dermoid cyst removed by laparoscopy were reviewed retrospectivey. Results All the operation were completed under laparoscopy. The average operative time was (57±32)min. The average postoperative hospitalized day was 2.5d.No peritonitis occurred. No tumor recurrence occurred.During follow-up period lasting 1 to 6 years among the 17 women who want to have baby, 10 conceived after operation. Conclusions Laparoscopic removal of ovarian benign teratoma is a safe and effective procedure.更多还原
