【Abstract】 [Objective]Set up the DNA finger- printing of LMO and do some epidemiology research. [Methods]Using APa I as restriction enzyme, draw the DNA fingerprinting of LMO and analyse it using Bio - Rad gel Doc 2000?system. [Results] 12 LMO strains were grouped into 9 chromosomal DNA patterns. [Conclusion]These strains were sporadic cases.更多还原
