40个小麦优良品种资源的抗白粉病基因推导
ANALYSES OF RESISTANCE GENES OF 40 WHEAT CULTIVARS OR LINES TO WHEAT POWDERY MILDEW
【摘要】 采用 2 1个具不同无毒性 /毒性基因的小麦白粉菌菌株对 4 0个优良品种资源进行了苗期接种 ,通过对其抗谱的分析发现 ,其中 3个材料含 Pm2 ,4个材料含 Pm4 b,CP91- 13- 4 - 1- 4可能含 Pm8,红卷芒与小白冬麦的抗谱相同 ,含 XBD,2个具有 Pm13,7个材料含 2个以上的抗病基因 ,有 11个材料含有未知的抗病基因 ,另外还有 11个材料对所有的参试菌株都表现感病
【Abstract】 Forty wheat cultivars or lines were inoculated with twenty one different isolates of wheat powdery mildew, and the spectra of their resistant were compared. The results showed that three cultivars or lines carry Pm2, four carry Pm4b, CP91 13 4 1 4 may carry Pm8, two cultivars or lines carry Pm13, seven cultivars carry 2 or more resistant genes, and the resistant spectrum of Hongjuanmang is the same to Xiaobaidongmai, carrying XBD gene. The spectra of eleven cultivars or lines are different from those of all lines with unknown genes, and eleven cultivars or lines are susceptible to all twenty one isolates of wheat powdery mildew.
