麦蚜对吡虫啉的敏感性及吡虫啉有效用量的评价

【摘要】 室内测定结果表明 ,禾谷缢管蚜对吡虫啉的敏感性比麦长管蚜高 ,其LC50 之比为 1∶3左右。田间试验结果明确 ,吡虫啉持效性好 ,其持效期与吡虫啉用量和麦蚜种类有关。小麦穗蚜发生始盛期是吡虫啉防治麦蚜的最佳时期 ,防治禾谷缢管蚜最佳有效用药量为 1g/ 6 6 7m2 ,麦长管蚜为 2 g/ 6 6 7m2 。

【Abstract】 The laboratory test results showed that Rhopalosiphum padi (Linnaecus) was more sensitive to imidacloprid than Sitobion avenae (Fabricius) and the ratio of their LC 50 was 1∶3. The field test results showed that imidacloprid had a long effective period that was related to its dosage and species of aphids. The optimum control period of wheat aphids by imidacloprid was the early peak period of wheat ear aphids. The optimum effcetive doses for controlling Rhopalosiphum padi (Linnaeus) and Sitobion avenae (Fabricius) were 1 g/667 m 2 and 2 g/667 m 2,respectively.
