TiO2对微滤陶瓷复合膜改性的研究——反应物种类的影响
THE MODIFIED STUDY OF MICROFILTRATION CERAMIC COMPOSITE MEMBRANE BY TiO2——THE INFLUENCE OF REACTANTS
【摘要】 分别以硫酸钛、硫酸氧钛作为起始反应物 ,采用均相沉淀法对微滤陶瓷复合膜进行了TiO2 的涂覆改性研究。实验结果表明 :采用硫酸钛制备的TiO2 改性膜致密光滑 ,晶粒尺寸在 2 0nm以下 ,使改性后的微滤膜水通量提高了 19.2 % ;而采用硫酸氧钛制备的TiO2 改性膜表面粗糙 ,晶粒尺寸超过 40nm ,反而使改性后的微滤膜水通量降低了 5 6.9%。
【Abstract】 TiO 2 modified films were coated on the pore surface of microfiltration membrane by homogeneous precipitation method,using Ti(SO 4) 2 and TiOSO 4 as reactant respectively.The experimental results showed that:The dense and smooth TiO 2 modified films,less than 20nm in size,can be obtained by using Ti(SO 4) 2 as reactant.The water flux of microfiltration membranes,modified by this method,can be increased by 19.2%;however,the coarse TiO 2 modified films,more that 40nm in size,can be obtained by using TiOSO 4 as reactant.The water flux of microfiltration membranes,modified by this method,can be decreased by 56.9%.
