【摘要】 目的　分析SLE患者外周血CD8淋巴细胞分泌的细胞因子与CD4/CD2 5双阳性细胞反应格局与疾病的关联性。方法　用三色免疫荧光单细胞染色法检测了 11例SLE患者外周血CD8T细胞分泌的细胞因子与CD4/CD2 5双阳性细胞的表达。结果　所检测 11例SLE患者中有 3例表现为Tc0 ,即同时分泌IFN γ和IL 4的Tc细胞。 4例以分泌IFN γ为主 ,为Tc1,4例以分泌IL 4为主 ,为Tc2。同时测定了SLE病人与正常对照组CD4/CD2 5双阳性细胞群发现CD4/CD2 5双阳性细胞群在活动期SLE中显著低下〔(17.5 4± 4 .11% ) % ,而对照组为 (35 .4 2± 3.30 ) %〕。结论　SLE患者外周血中CD8亚群表现为异质性 ,且与CD4/CD2 5双阳性细胞有关。至于其在SLE发病中的意义正在进一步研究中。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the relationship between levels of Tc1/Tc2 ,CD 4/CD 25 double positive T cells and SLE Methods The cytokine profile were determined by intracellular staining with tri color fluroscence. Results The results showed that 3 of CD 8 positive T cell samples from the patients with SLE secereted both of IFN and IL 4, named Tc0.4 of CD 8 + T cell samples mainly secreted the IFN and else 4 secreted IL 4 mainly. The percent of CD 4/CD 25 T cells were significantly lower〔(17.54±4.11)%〕in the investigated patients than that of healthy individuals 〔(35.42±3.30)%〕. Conclusion There were heterogeneous among the CD 8 T subsets and have a close relationship with CD 4/CD 25 T cells of the SLE patients. The role of the heterogenous of the CD8 and CD 4/CD 25 T cells in the development of the SLE were under investigation.更多还原
