【摘要】 将猪用JEV减毒株SA14-14-2VS制备的活疫苗脑内注射3周龄小白鼠,不能使小鼠致病。用不同剂量活苗注射后备母猪,均未出现任何不良的临床反应。用后备母猪进行免疫原性试验,能产生良好的免疫应答。免疫该疫苗的初产母猪能抵抗JEV强毒的攻击,不产生病毒血症,对胎儿感染的保护率达100%。因此,该减毒活疫苗具有可靠的安全性,良好的免疫原性。更多还原

【Abstract】 The attenuated live-vaccine made from the SA14-14-2VS strain was inoculated into the brains of themice and it didnt make the mice sick and die. The vaccine was safe to the replacement gilts when they wereinoculated with different doses, and the gilts had high immunity response. Primiparous gilts inoculated with thevaccine could resist the high pathogenic JEVs attack, and their foetus were all protected. The vaccine was safeand had good immunity.更多还原
