垂直型球帽状附着体的固位力测定

【摘要】 【目的】探讨垂直型球帽状附着体 3个固位型的固位力。【方法】在上颌标准石膏模型上制作垂直型球帽状附着体 3个固位型A、B、C即单纯型、单冠对抗型、双冠对抗型的实验试件 ,用材料力学试验机重复 10次测定其配备不同硬度的红、白色塑料帽套时的固位力 ,求得固位力均数。【结果】A、B、C 3个固位型配备红色塑料帽套的固位力分别为 3 6 6N、4 75N、5 76N ,配备白色塑料帽套的固位力分别为 4 73N、5 4 6N、7 2 5N ,其差异有统计学意义。【结论】垂直型球帽状附着体 3个固位型A、B、C配备红、白色塑料帽套的固位力不同 ,以C固位型配备白色塑料帽套的固位力最强。

【Abstract】 To explore the retentive forces of three types of vertical easy ball attachments (VEBAs). On a standard maxillary stone model, three retentive types of VEBAs were fabricated, marked as A, B, C pieces, i.e. simple type, single crown resistance type and double crown resistance type respectively with red and white acrylic caps with different hardness. Then each one was drawn vertically ten times on Hounsfield Test Equipment , and the means of retentive forces were attained. The means of retentive forces of A, B, C retentive types with red acrylic caps were 3 66 N, 4 75 N, 5 76 N, with white acrylic caps 4 73 N, 5 46 N, 7 25 N respectively. Among them there were statistical differences. [Conclusion] The retentive forces of A, B, C retentive types with red and white acrylic caps are different, among which the retentive force of C retentive type with a white acrylic cap is the strongest.
