【摘要】 通过液体培养 ,以菌丝产率为目标 ,对贝叶多孔菌 (Polyporusfrondosus)的生长因子做了探讨。结果表明 ,PF— 0 0 0 1中适合液体培养的理想菌株 ;在基本营养物质葡萄糖 (2 % )、乳蛋白 (0 3% )中加入麸皮汁(10 % )、玉米粉汁 (2 % )、KH2 PO4(0 1% )、VB1(5 0ppm)有利于促进该菌的菌丝产率更多还原

【Abstract】 The growth factor of Polyporus frondosus was studied through liquid cultivation.It suggested that PF-001 was regarded as a ideal strain through liquid cultivation.KH 2PO 4,V B1 ,judice of wheat and corn at the concentration of 0 1%,50×10 -6 ,10% and 2% respectively can conduce its hypha quantity in the glucose(2%)and milk protein(0 3%).更多还原
