不同分子量壳聚糖膜性质的研究
STUDIES ON THE PROPERTY OF DIFFERENT MOLECULAR WEIGHT CHITOSAN MEMBRANES
【摘要】 分别以分子量为 130 ,0 0 0、2 2 0 ,0 0 0、30 0 ,0 0 0、5 5 0 ,0 0 0道尔顿的壳聚糖制备壳聚糖膜 ,并研究了各膜的表面结构、结晶性、力学特性、渗透性、透光透气性、吸附性、生物降解性等。结果表明壳聚糖膜的各种特性和壳聚糖的分子量相关 ,高分子量的壳聚糖膜表面较为光滑 ,透光性较好 ,透气性、渗透性和生物降解性较差 ;低分子量的壳聚糖膜表面较为粗糙 ,透气性、渗透性和生物降解性较好 ,但透光性较差。经分析认为膜的结晶性和超微结构决定了不同分子量壳聚糖膜具有不同的性质。
【Abstract】 Several chitosan membranes with different molecular weight of 5×10 5, 3×10 5, 2.2×10 5 and 1.3×10 5 Da were prepared. Their properties, such as crystal property, ultrastructure, mechanical property, permeability, transparency, air leaking and adhesion were studied. The results showed that the properties of the different membrane are correlative with the molecular weight of chitosan. The membrane prepared of high molecular weight chitosan has smoother surface than that of low molecular weight chitosan membranes. The properties of air leaking and permeability are inferior to that of low molecular weight membranes. The light transmission rate of chitosan membrane varies directly with the molecular weight of chitosan. The low molecular weight chitosan membranes are easier to be biodegraded by lysozyme than high molecular weight chitosan membranes. The properties of chitosan membranes are considered tobe dependent on their crystal property and ultrastructure.
