【摘要】 目的:进一步探讨灵芝多糖免疫调节作用机理。方法:对近年来国内外对灵芝多糖在免疫调节及抗肿瘤方面的研究进展进行综述。结果:灵芝多糖促进免疫细胞数量增长活性增强的药理作用已为众多研究实验所证实。结论:灵芝多糖免疫调节及抗肿瘤作用机理尚未十分明确,但IELs免疫调节学说的研究为进一步了解多糖免疫作用提供了一个新的研究方向。更多还原
