枸杞多糖生产工艺及产品的开发研究

【摘要】 枸杞多糖是枸杞的生物活性物质,传统的枸杞多糖提取多采用水溶加热提取,乙醇沉淀的方法;本研究提出了超临界CO2萃取、水溶提取、电渗析、超滤、反渗透、冷冻升华干燥工艺生产枸杞多糖,产品纯度较高,可溶性好,具生物活性。

【Abstract】 Lycium Chinensa Polysaccharide, the biological active substance, is traditionally extracted by resolving heating and precipitated by alcohol. This paper introduced many kinds of Lycium Chinensa Polysaccharide processing, Which include supercritical CO2 extraction, water - soluble extraction, electrodialysis, ultra - filtration, and reverse osmosis and vac - ice process. The pureness of product has advanced level, also has better water - solubility and biological activity.
