【摘要】 综述了现代色谱分析法 ,主要是气相色谱和高效液相色谱法在测定食品中碳水化合物方面的应用 ,比较了两者的优点及适用性

【Abstract】 The paper reviews the method of a modern chromatography analysis. lt introduces the application of gas chromatography and high perfermance liquid chromatophy in the analysis of carbohydrate mainly.Their advantage and suitabilitly are also compared.
