【摘要】 目的　探讨血管内皮生长因子 (vascularendothelial growth factor,VEGF)在缺血性脑血管病患者血清中含量的动态变化 ,讨论血管内皮生长因子含量动态变化的意义及与梗死面积的关系。方法　将 46例急性缺血性脑血管病患者作为观察组 ,3 9例正常人为对照组。在急性缺血性脑血管病患者发病的 1、7、1 4d做血清 VEGF含量测定 ,并且对患者进行梗死面积测定。从而比较 VEGF含量与梗死面积的关系。结果　急性缺血性脑血管病患者 VEGF含量在 1、7、1 4d皆高于正常人 ,发病第 7天 VEGF含量最高 ,并且一直持续到发病后 1 4d仍高于正常人。 VEGF含量与梗死面积有一定相关性。结论　急性缺血性脑血管病患者血清中 VEGF含量明显增高。缺血性脑血管病患者梗死面积与 VEGF的含量有密切关系。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the relationship of the serum level of VEGF to infarct volume in acute cerebral ischemic stroke patients.Methods On hospitalized patients with acute stroke in 46 cases as administrative group and health people in 39 cases as control group, serial(at 1,7,14 day) measurement of the serum levels of VEGF and infarct volume were made.Results Expression of VEGF was significantly increased in the majority of patients after acute stroke at each of the time points compared withnormalcontrols.Highestexpression occurred at day 7[( 562±93) pg/mL]and it remained significantly elevated at 14 days after stroke,while expression of VEGF correlated with infarct volume.Conclusions VEGF showed a dramatic increase in serum of stroke patients and there is a positive relationship between infarct volume and expression of VEGF.更多还原
