【摘要】 目的 :对颐神复记胶囊中二苯乙烯苷进行含量测定。方法 :高效液相色谱法 ,流动相为乙腈 水 (14∶86 ) ,紫外检测波长 32 0nm ,流速 0 8ml min。结果 :二苯乙烯苷在 0 0 5 0 8～ 0 2 5 4 μg范围内线性关系良好 ,平均回收率为 97 0 %。结论 :该法简单 ,分离完全 ,重现性好 ,可作为本制剂质量控制的方法更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To determine of contents of 2,3,5,4′\|tetrahydroxystibene\|2\|O\|β\|D\|glucoside in Yishenfuji Capsule;Methods:HPLC was adopted.The mobile phase was consisted of acetonitrile\|water(14∶86).The detection wavelength was at 320nm and flow rate was 0\^8ml/min.Results:The linearity was obtained over the range of 0\^0508～0 254μg.The average recovery was 97\^0%.Conclusion:The method was simple and reliable.It is suitable for the determination of 2,3,5.4′\|tetrahydroxystibene\|2\|O\|β\|D\|glucoside in Yishenfuji Capsule.更多还原
