【摘要】 目的 :选择复壮胶囊方药成分提取时药材最佳组合方式。方法 :将方药组合成 15组 ,用半仿生提取法提取 ,提取液作淫羊藿苷、β 谷甾醇、甜菜碱、人参二醇、人参三醇、总糖、干浸膏及无水乙醇精制液的高效液相梯度洗脱总积分面积的测定。结果 :8个指标综合评价Y值以ABCD最大。结果 :复壮胶囊方药成分提取时以淫羊藿、肉苁蓉、枸杞、人参混合提取为最佳。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To optimize the extraction methods of combined ingredients of \%Fuzhuang \%capsule.Methods:Dividing the ingredients into 15 groups extracted by semi\|bionic extraction (SBE),determining the gradient elution total integral areas of Icariine,β sitosterol,betarine,panaxadiol,panaxitriol,total saccharine,dried extract weight and absolute alcohol solution by HPLC.Results and conclusion:The comprehensive evaluation of the eight index showed that mixing herb Epimedii,herb Cistanchis,fructus Lycii and radix Ginseng together to extract is the best combination.更多还原
