非德拜型介电弛豫
Non-Debye Dielectric Relaxation
【摘要】 钛酸锶钡的超低频介电谱在复介电常数平面上给出一段圆弧 ,满足非德拜型弛豫的经验公式。但当频率高于 5Hz时 ,复介电常数的实验点显著偏离圆弧 ,组成一段直线。表明慢极化效应对低频至射频的介电测量有不容忽视的影响
【Abstract】 Dielectric spectrum of (Ba 0.5Sr 0.5)TiO 3 ceramics in ultra-low frequencies shows a segment of arc in complex dielectric constant plane, and consists with the empirical formula of non-Debye relaxation. But at frequencies higher than 5 Hz, the complex dielectric constants is a straight line instead of the arc. It shows that the influence of slow polarization effect on the dielectric measurement can not be neglected in the range from low frequency to radio frequency.
