【摘要】 目的 体现“经络辨证”是针灸治疗腰痛取效的关键,为腰痛临证提供直接的理论指导。方法 通过对《内经·刺腰痛篇》一文的分析,结合腰痛的治疗现状及现代研究的结果,进一步分析腰痛、针灸、经络辨证三者的相互关系。结果 针灸治疗腰痛有其独特疗效,但在临床中需辨病与辨症相结合,其中,经络辨症是提高本文针灸疗效的关键环节之一。结论 经络辨证对腰痛的诊断与治疗均有重要的理论价值与临床意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To show that meridian differentiation is the key point in improvement of the therapeutic effect on acupuncture and moxibustionfor treatment of lumbago, and offer foundation of theory for treatment of lumbago.Methods Based on the analysis of the relative document on Internal Classic, history and present situation of studies on acupuncture and moxibustion for treatment of lumbago, the author points out further relations among lumbago, acupuncture and meridian differentiation.Results Acupuncture and Moxibustion has special therapeutic effect on lumbago by disease differentiation and syndrome differentiation, among them, Meridian differentiation is the key point in improvement of clinical therapeutic effect.
