【摘要】 目的　探讨TORCH四联抗原的交叉反应性。方法　采用间接ELISA检测人群血清中TORCH的IgM及IgG抗体 ;制备四项抗血清进行交叉血清学试验。结果　 144份人血清的TORCHIgM阳性率分别为 :TOX 6 .9%、RV 6 .9%、CMV 6 .9%、HSV 2 .8% ,其中 4项阳性 4例 ,3项阳性 4例 ,2项阳性 3例 ;34 3份人血清的TORCHIgG阳性率分别为 :6 1%、8 2 %、10 2 %和 8 7% ,其中 4项阳性 3例 ,3项阳性 14例 ,2项阳性 17例 ,单独阳性 2 6例 ;7份抗血清与相应抗原反应的强度高低不等 ,但同一份抗血清在四种抗原板上的终点滴度基本相似。结论　TORCH四联ELISA检测存在较严重的交叉反应性 ,由此提示四联抗原间可能存在着部分共同抗原更多还原

【Abstract】 Aim To analyze cross reactions of 4 TORCH antigens.Method TORCH IgM and IgG antibody were detected by using indirect enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) and 4 TORCH antisera were made for the detection of cross reactions.Results Positive rate of TORCH IgM antibody was TOX 6.9%?RV 6.9%?CMV 6.9%?HSV 2.8% in 144 human sera.respectively Among them,The samples of 4 items positivity,3 items positivity,2 items positivity were 4,4 and 3 respectively.Positive rate of TORCH IgG antibody was 6.1%,8.2%,10.2%,8.7% in 343 human sera respectively.Among them,The samples of 4 items positivity,3 items positivity,2 items positivity and 1 items positivity were 3,14,17 and 26 respectively.The reaction strength of seven antisera to corresponding antigen was different,but when the same antisera was used to detect 4 TORCH antigens,their terminal point titer were similar.Conclusion There are relatively serious cross-reactions in TORCH antigens.It shows that there can exist partial common antigens among 4 antigens.更多还原
