【Abstract】 Pointing out that the two viewpoints of technology neutrality and technology axiology are mistaken in methodology.The existent form of technology value is represented by technology internal value and technology realistic value,in which the natural property of technology is decided by the former and the social property of technology is determined by the latter.From the point of the internal value of technology,technology is value-neutral,and while in the point of realistic value of the technology,technology is value-laden.From the point of the unity of the internal and realistic value of technology,technology is value-laden ultimately.更多还原
