【Abstract】 This paper used three knowledge spaces set by codifying,abstracting and diffusing as analytical frame,ana lysed knowledge flow in generation of innovation concept,knowledge sharing,diffusing and converting through the process of technology innovation,and revealed the stress and content of knowledge management in the process of technology innovation.Finally,the writer thought that technology innovation activities of our enterprises needed to realize four conversions in ideal level and act level.更多还原
