【摘要】 目的:观察常规与小剂量胺碘酮对房颤转复的疗效及副作用。方法:设治疗组(小剂量胺碘酮,每日～)0.10.2g与对照组(常规剂量胺碘酮,每日～)治疗例房颤患者,观察用药后个月房颤发作控制率及药物副作用。0.30.4g1226结果:治疗组与对照组比较,房颤控制率相近(P)、副作用小(>0.05P)。<0.01结论:小剂量胺碘酮治疗房颤有效且副作用小。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the effect and side-effects of common and small dose amiodarone on cardioversion for atrial fibrillation. Methods: 122 patients with atrial fibrillation were randomly divided into treatment group(small dose amiodarone, 0.1~0.2g/ per day) and control group(common dose amiodarone, 0.3~0.4g/ per day). After 6 months, the effect and side-effects of common and small dose amiodarone on cardioversion for atrial fibrillation were compared. Results: The cardioversion and control rates of atrial fibrillation were no significant difference between 2 groups (P>0.05), but the incidence of side-effects of amiodarone in treatment group was lower than that in control group (P<0.01). Conclusion: small dose amiodarone is effective for treatment of atrial fibrillation and the incidence of side-effects of small dose amiodarone is lower than that of common dose amiodarone.更多还原
