【摘要】 在非公有制经济组织中建团是共青团适应社会主义市场经济条件下青年群体结构变化的一项重要举措。这项工作从最初的试点发展到目前的普遍展开 ,已走过了 1 0个年头。各地在建团实践中逐渐摸索出了一些行之有效的建团模式。但不同类型经济组织在建团工作的发展上很不平衡 ,工作的规范性和活动项目的创新与有效性方面明显不足。在今后的非公有制经济组织建团工作中 ,应坚持边建边稳的方针 ,尽快实现从以组织为中心向以青年为中心的思路转变 ,以推动建团工作扎实有序地发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Construction of youth league in some private economic enterprises is a significant measure to adjust to the structural change of youth group under the condition of socialist market-orientated economy. Such an undertaking has been pushed forward over ten years from its initial experiment to a sweeping project at present. Although some effective patterns for constructing youth leagues have come to be found gradually everywhere, the development of youth league construction for varying economic organizations appears to be unequal, and a obvious lack in the normality of this task and the creativity and effectiveness of some activity items should also be taken account of. With regard to the task of constructing youth leagues afterwards, the principle of keeping stability while constructing them ought to be followed. Correspondingly, the organization-centered thought should be transformed into that of focusing on youth to accelerate a stable and orderly development of constructing youth leagues.更多还原
