【摘要】 对国内三所高等医学院校的硕士研究生学位论文的统计方法应用状况的调查结果显示 :调查论文设计类型以单纯随机设计为主 ;各种统计方法使用频率较高 ;分析方法使用次数前三位依次为两均数比较、方差分析、列联表 ;使用统计分析工具者为数较少 ;推断分析方法误用以基本方法中的 t检验和方差分析为主。建议应加强医用统计学中基本方法及实验设计方法的教学 ,以实践为导向 ,加深理解 ,同时应注重常用统计软件的教学 ,提高资料的处理与分析能力和利用效率。更多还原

【Abstract】 The study of how the statistical methods were used in the theses for the Master’s degree in three national medical colleges reveals: Simple random design was the primary type. The top 3 frequently used were two means comparison ,analysis of variance and contingency table; The misused deducing methods were mainly t test and ANOVA of the basic methods. Statistical analysis tools were less applied. It is proposed to pay more attention to basic methods and experimental design methods in medical statistics teaching and learning and using of statistical software.更多还原
