硅酸盐细菌的筛选及其对番茄营养的影响

【摘要】 通过初筛、溶解硅酸盐矿物能力的分析和生物检验3个步骤,从蚯蚓肠道中分离得到1株不仅具有很强的溶解硅酸盐矿物的能力,而且对小麦幼苗生长有促进作用的细菌,经鉴定为胶质芽孢杆菌(实验室编号为RGBc13)。将此细菌接种到土壤并进行番茄盆栽试验,发现该菌株在根际和非根际土壤大量繁殖,根际区域有效磷钾含量大幅度提高,番茄生物量增加,磷钾吸收量也显著增加。

【Abstract】 An bacterium capable of dissolving silicate minerals and promoting plant growth was isolated from earthworm intestine through three steps of rough selection, determination of dissolving silicate and plant growth test. This bacterium named as RGBcl3 was identified as a strain of Bacillus mucilaginosus. The soil wasinoculated with the bacterium and then tomato was grown for 40 days. It was found that this bacterium wasdeveloped not only in soil but rhizosphere as well. Available P and K contents in rhizospheric soil were largely increased. A great increase was also found in tomato biomass and P and K uptake by the plant.
