【Abstract】 Constructing the socialized women’s work pattern is one of the important items in the All-Women’s Federation’s working plan put forward by the 8th Chinese Women’s National Congress. This paper analyzes the pattern of women’s work in the new situation, and expounds the Party’s critical position and guaranteeing role in the construction of the socialized women’s work pattern. Some new thoughts and tasks are provided: 1) positioning the work in the intersecting point; 2) giving full play to women’s advantages in the community building; 3) summing up and spreading successful working methods; 4) building high quality women cadres team in Women Federations.更多还原
