【摘要】 目的 :为改革和完善上海市农村合作医疗的政策、制度、规划、计划、措施提供科学依据。方法 :调查研究、比较研究、描述性统计及最新版 SAS统计分析等方法被使用。结果 :调查分析了上海市 1 997年 - 1 999年 8区 (县 )合作医疗资金来源、数量、比例 ,合作医疗补偿比例、项目、金额等。结论 :1 997年以来 ,上海市农村合作医疗得到了快速发展 ,仍存在保障水平、补偿比例、投保率低下及发展不平衡、资金使用不合理等问题更多还原

【Abstract】 To provide scientific evidences for reforming and perfecting policy, system, programme, plan, and measure for rural cooperative medicine in Shanghai. Methods: Investigation, comparing study,descriptive statistics, and Statistical Analysis System(SAS) were employed. Results: Investigated and analysed source, amount, and proportion of funds and proportion, items, and amount of compensation for rural cooperative medicine in 1997-1999 in 8 district (or county) of Shanghai Municipality. Conclusion: Rural cooperative medicine had been developed rapidly in Shanghai since 1997. The level of medical guarantee,the proportion of compensation, and the rate of joining are low. There are uneven development and the funds were used unreasonably.更多还原
