杀菌剂药剂稀释方法、保存时间对生物测定稳定性影响
Effects of Bioassay Stability on Method of Dissolution,Preserved Time in Germicide
【摘要】 研究了杀菌剂药剂稀释方法、药液保存时间对杀菌剂平板法生物测定稳定性的影响。表明 ,药剂以 2 / 3的比例系列稀释时多次测定标准差最小 ,表现最稳定。井冈霉素溶解于水冰箱保存 14d ,对小麦纹枯病菌的活性基本不变化 ,说明这种药剂在溶剂水中较稳定 ;福美双以丙酮溶解后降解速度较快 ,第 0天 ,EC50 =1 7394 ;第 13天 ,EC50 =5 6 2 2 4。
【Abstract】 Fungicides including the method of dissolution and preserved time of germicide had been studied on bioassay stability The experiment indicated Tebuconazole dissolved in HCOOH had the ministandard error with 2/3 proportion Bioactivity of Validamycin to Rhizoctonia can be maintained till 14 days when dissolved in water Thiram degraded quickly when dissolved in aceton
