反射仪法快速测定烤烟硝酸盐作氮素营养诊断及应用

【摘要】 采用反射仪法测定不同土壤、施肥条件下烤烟不同生育期叶脉硝酸盐含量 ,研究了取样部位和栽培条件对烟叶硝酸盐含量的影响 ,硝酸盐含量和烤烟氮、烟碱等化学成分的关系。烟草不同生育期第一平展叶脉硝酸盐含量依次受施氮量 >土壤性质 >移栽期 >生育期的影响。烤烟移栽后 2 0~ 30d烤烟叶脉硝酸盐含量与施肥量、采收期烟叶硝酸盐含量、烤后烟叶氮和烟碱含量有显著的相关性。该方法适用于烤烟中硝酸盐快速监测 ,代替全氮测定作氮素营养快速诊断和根据烟叶目标产量、目标质量 (氮、烟碱含量等 )进行追肥推荐的依据。

【Abstract】 Paper test-strip for rapid determination of nitrate content were used in testing nitrate content of midrib in flue-cured tobacco at growth durations with the application of different fertilizers in five soils The effects of sampling parts and cultivation on the nitrate contents of tobacco leaf and the relationship between the content of nitrogen or nicotine in flue-cured tobacco leaf with nitrate contents in midrib were evaluated The order of influence factors on nitrate content in midrib of the first flat leaves was nitrogen fertilizer rate > soil property > transplanting time > growth duration Nitrate content on the stage of 20~30 days after transplanting in the midrib was significantly related with which at maturity and the nitrogen and nicotine contents of cured tobacco leaf It indicated that the method could place the total nitrogen analysis method to the nitrogen nutritional diagnose and the recommendation of topdressing fertilizers based the yield and quality aim of tobacco leaves, and be used in the nitrate pollution rapid locale survey
