【摘要】 采用随机扩增多态性DNA (简称RAPD)技术对广西药用野生稻资源进行分子水平的遗传多样性评价 ,结果表明 :S6 2、S2 36、S2 6 5、S30 1四个引物均能扩增出丰富的DNA片段以及片段类型。说明广西药用野生稻DNA多态性丰富 ,遗传多样性明显 ,应改变过去认为其性状类型单一的观点。今后加大研究力度 ,促进其优异种质的利用更多还原

【Abstract】 Character:This paper discourses that adopting the technology of RAPD to appraise the genetic diversity of the O officinalis in Guangxi on the molecular level This result expresses that the four primers,S62,S236,S265 and S301 can expand rich DNA fragment and fragment types It explains that the genetic diversity is obvious in Guangxi So we should change the viewpoint that considers the O officinalis character simple We must strengthen the research to promote the use of the excellent germplasm更多还原
