【Abstract】 The methods of producing the brewing yeast used-on-line is one of the key technology in beer production,which is different from every manufacture.In this article,some of the methods are discussed that are applied in middle-size and minitype manufacturers.The methods will have practical guiding significance in beer production.更多还原
