用新型絮凝剂聚磷硫酸铁处理城市生活废水
Treating municipal living sewage with new type coagulant PPFS
【摘要】 以硫铁矿烧渣为原料制得聚硫酸铁 (PFS) ,然后在PFS溶液中加入Na3PO4 得到聚磷硫酸铁 (PPFS) ,使用PPFS对城市生活废水进行处理 ,利用正交方法研究PPFS碱化度、PPFS中磷铁的量比、PPFS剂量及废水的pH值等对城市生活废水CODCr和浊度去除率的影响 .实验结果表明 :当PPFS碱化度B为 9.33% ,其磷、铁的量比n(P)∶n(Fe) =0 .0 5 ,废水pH值约为 7,废水含Fe的质量浓度为 5 5 .2mg L时 ,PPFS具有最佳絮凝效果 ;在废水中加入PPFS后能有效地降低胶体的电位 ,发生电中和反应 ;处理后废水CODCr质量浓度和浊度分别从 14 0mg L和 6 0下降到 4 1.2mg L和 1.3,CODCr降低 70 .6 % ,浊度降低 97.7% ,说明PPFS能有效地除去CODCr和降低浊度 ,除去废水中的污染物
【Abstract】 Polyferric sulfate (PFS) was prepared from pyrite cinders and polyphosferric sulfate (PPFS) was made after Na 3PO 4 was added into PFS solution. Municipal sewage was treated by polyphosferric sulfate (PPFS). The factors, which affected the COD Cr and turbidity removal rates of the sewage, were studied with optimum test method. The factors were as follows: alkali degree, molar ratio of P to Fe, pH and PPFS dosage. Coagulation effects were the best when alkali degree of PPFS was 9.33%, P to Fe molar ration of PPFS was 0.05, pH of sewage was about 7 and sewage contained 55.2 mg/L Fe of PPFS. Colloidal potential was decreased because electrical neutralization occurred after adding coagulant into the sewage. COD Cr and turbidity of the sewage decreased from 140 mg/L and 60 degree to 41.2 mg/L and 1.3 degree after being treated respectively. COD Cr and turbidity removal rates were respectively up to 70.6% and 97.7%. The test results show that PPFS can remove COD Cr and turbidity of the sewage effectively.
