【Abstract】 With the globalization of telecommunications and the widespread use of Internet, the ever - expanding online databases and resources have created an increasingly difficult situation for online searches of specialized information. We can rarely find satisfying search results that match exactly what we’re looking for. This article serves as a hypothesis and proposal for web intelligence with a detailed description of intelligent information agent - a way to make the Internet capable of being a personal representative for us and thus making online searches faster and better. This agent will help us collect, filter and arrange information in such a way that will enable us users to search more specifically and efficiently.
