【Abstract】 Based on James.S.Coleman’s Theory of Legal Person Actor, relations between cadres and the masses in today’s rural areas are in fact the relations between consignors and agents within legal person actors. As personal relations’ rationalization, the base of relations between cadres and the masses has become economic rationality. Problem of relations between cadres and the masses are highlighted on the deviation of legal person’ s nature and the overpower of the agents. The key point to solve these problems lies in the coordination and integration of beneficial relations of both sides.更多还原
